This charming home belongs to Sophia Schyman, who has lovingly restored it with a thoughtful, sustainable touch. The house’s beautiful bones have been enhanced by pretty patterned wallpaper, striped curtains, vintage furniture and elegant tiled floors.
Each room has such an easy charm. I love the warm wood panelling in the dining room and gingham tablecloth; it feels made for long, cosy meals. The bedroom is so calm and inviting, with soft linens and a lovely view of the garden. And even the bathroom has that timeless touch with its chequered floor.

Its great when it turns Autumn and you start posting country homes. Seems so apt:) Sophia's beautiful home is certainly grand. The size and placement of windows make a difference in each area, and especially the rest room. So much design and color and yet so relaxing and interesting to the eye! Have a great week:)
ReplyDeleteI could move into this home as is, no changes whatsoever, and be perfectly content. It feels like home. I especially love the beautiful woodwork in the dining area. There is just enough color and pattern throughout the house to keep me interested without feeling overwhelming. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
