Wonderful wall displays for Children's bedrooms

This afternoon I am going to announce the winner from the Picky Pic children's picture competition I held in collaboration with the wonderful, creative girls at Picky Pic. So don't forget to pop back later to see if you are the lucky winner! In the meantime, I looooove the clever wall displays in these lovely children's bedrooms.

I love the use of the crates, string and clothes pegs and wired garden planters to display children's treasured items. It just goes to show that you don't need to spend a lot to create a beautiful room, just imagination and time. So lovely don't you think?  See you this s'avo!

Hello! And how are the heads this afternoon? Are you suffering from a two-day hangover from new years eve or are you looking foreward to the year ahead with a clear mind? I hope it's the latter as for many people today, it's back to work! No better way to start the year afresh than to re-style your office and I absolutely love these vintage inspired work spaces.

Beautiful white and wood, vintage inspired home

Happy New Year! I hope your 2012 will be full of inspiration and happy moments! I am kicking off this year with pictures of this beautiful country home in California. I am loving all the wood and covet the hallway and the bathroom in particular. Such a lovely home!

They are currently renovating their home but as oon as they're finished I'm hoping they'll let me share it with you!

Bath time!

With all the frenzied christmas shopping, decorating, baking etc behind us what we all need now is a little R & R (relaxation & recuperation) before the new year. And, seriously, I'm voting for one of these baths with a roaring fire to keep me cosy.

Oh Deery me!

Hejsan, hejsan! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas? I went home to London with my little family. We stayed near a park with lots of beautiful deer which inspired me for this post. No home would be complete this winter without a deer. I love these 'ideers'. Deery deery me, just lovely! Ok enough...(to many crackers?!).

I think a friendly faux deer will definitely be a new addition to my home this winter. Any tips on great places to hang him/her?

Oh and don't forget to enter the competition to win a wonderful picky pic picture for your children's room. You have several more days to enter here and it's sooo quick and easy- how about the deer one?!

Back in a little. Kram!
