How about a Sangria at this Mallorcan Townhouse?!

As the winter drags it's heels in Europe, is anyone else starting to dream of warmer climes?!   I stumbled across Casa Sa Mar in the beautiful village of Soller on the North West coast of Mallorca this morning and thought it could be nice for us all to pay a virtual visit?! Renovated by Durietz Design & Development, the 450 sqm (4833 sft) señorial townhouse recently came on the market (perhaps if we all chip in.... ?!).  I love the beautiful courtyard (those apricot walls!) and of course, that pool. Apparently it comes fully furnished too (with a lovely blend of Balearic and Scandi) - so all that would be left for us to do is sip sangria and maybe hit the beach. Who's in?!

Aaaaah. How I'd love to be hanging out here and feeling the warm sun on my skin, how about you?

Other dreamy places in sunnier climes (which are actually available to rent rather than buy!) include Magnolia House, The Bower, and even your very own island get-away. How about it?!

Have a lovely day!

  1. Lovely. Here in DC we thought we had escaped winter with only a whisper of flurries up until today, that is. Four inches of snow on the first full day of spring. Fortunately, I'm headed to Hawaii tomorrow to enjoy some tropical sunshine (with sunscreen, of course).

    1. Oh no! Four inches? Sounds like you need to come and hang out with me at this villa!

  2. For an instant, I thought I was in paradise! Just dreamy! I love the exposed beams, the stone walls, the accent ceiling, the colors...all of it!

    1. It really is a little spot of paradise! Oh how I'd love to have this as a home from home!

  3. Oh yes, very nice... Im up for chipping in!

  4. *checks pockets*

Not sure I can chip in much, but I can offer my services tending those plants....
