Lots of inspiration to be taken from this lovely apartment in Gothenburg styled and for sale through Alvhem. From the pretty wallpaper, flashes of colour, wall space (love the single pink pom pom) and metal storage units to the pretty balcony with cosy cushions and rag rugs. the entire apartment looks really fresh and ready for spring.

Speaking about sipping coffee (or something stronger perhaps...) there's only one day left before the weekend - yay! My parents are visiting from London so we're thinking of going sailing (our boat is available for rent here in Southern Sweden for any of you budding sailors out there!). It's been a long winter so I can't wait to get out on the water for the first time this year. Do you have any plans?
Lovely apartment and a beautiful balcony!
ReplyDeleteWow wow wow.... the fucsia sofa seems like mine ;)

All I keep thinking about with all these beautiful spaces is how Scandinavians obviously don't feel the need to gather as much stuff as others do. I love it and I aspire to that (trying to resist my hoarding like upbringing). I am going to go right now and declutter a closet!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I would love a coffee on that balcony... morning and afternoon. I never thought I'd say this but, I love the pink couch!! It works so well when it is surrounded by white.
ReplyDeleteVery nice :)...balcony, fantastic sofa, really fresh apartment and full of inspiration, thx :)
ReplyDeleteStunning flat, I love the wallpaper and the hot pink sofa - lovely!! And the balcony is sweet too - ;-)
ReplyDeleteLove love love love it! I love the antlers in picture 4 and love the way the owner is displaying photos in picture 6 and I would totally love to have my cup of tea every morning on that balcany. I totally agree with Catherine. I love living with out so much stuff.
ReplyDeletePrecioso apartamento, increible terraza.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! But where do people with lovely apartments stow all their stuff? Only a small rack in the living rooom...
ReplyDeleteCoffee outside in the morning sounds perfect! I love the splashes of colour in this home!

Are these staged apartments? I mean, everyone has stuff and needs a place to put it. I keep thinking there is another room we don't see with the bookshelves, computer, dvds, electronic wires/connectors, knitting supplies and shoes.
ReplyDeleteThe ones for sale through this agent, stadshem, fantastic Frank etc are staged. But to be honest homes here do have a whole lot less stuff than say in the UK. Having said that people still wear clothes so a wardrobe here and there would help!
