Hello, and happy Monday! I'd like to kick off the week with a home tour of this beautiful apartment here in Malmö, Sweden (currently for sale, wink wink!). I love the soft, neutral tones of paint, the large open rooms and high ceilings which are so typical of the buildings in the theatre area. The furniture reads like a who's who of designer items and that spiral staircase *sigh*!

Could you live here?
It was super sunny in Southern Sweden this weekend. After a long winter everyone appeared from hibernation, and sat in rows outside cafés with faces angled towards the sun. It was a site to be seen! Ooooo to feel the warmth of the sun on the skin again.
PS a warm welcome to all you lovely new readers. If you get the chance, leave a message, we'd love to hear from you!
Lovely home! I spy a famous photograph of Natalia Vodianova? I could be wrong though:)? Yes and the great weather is continuing today! Just talked to my mother in Stockholm and they still have snow! xo Caroline
ReplyDeleteWow - love it ! The steps are beautiful ! Hug, Barbara
ReplyDeleteSubtle grey shades on the walls - very elegant :)
ReplyDeleteHi, very lovely appartment :). I like high ceilings, big windows, nice armchairs around the dining table. And staircase is very really very lovely :)
ReplyDeleteNice day dear!
Love a good spiral staircase haha, don't see them much these days!
ReplyDeleteI could absolutely live in this apartment! When can I move in? I am a big sucker for gray walls, here it brings out the great details of the ceiling and the trim work. The little bedroom nook with the dark wood beam and the exposed brick is my favorite place in this apartment. I could see myself sleeping there, it looks so cozy.
ReplyDeletei wish i could live there!
ReplyDeleteyou find the BEST places.
ReplyDeleteI totally thought the spiral staircase in the corner was a dog playpen or something at first glance! I love the bi-level aspect, and having the bedroom downstairs. Much quieter and cozier down there.
ReplyDeletereally wonderful!

One of the first things that you are likely to think about when it comes to changing the home is the paint color that is on the wall.
