My good friend Malin used to live in this beautiful, light and airy apartment in St Knuts, Malmö. She found that it's on the market again and the current owner has given it a big lick of white paint and put their own style stamp on it. It was lovely when Malin left it and it's lovely again, in a different way.

ReplyDeleteThe Marimekko printed textile is pretty cool! I love it all, but the kitchen is just amazing. It might seem like the most 'normal' or even boring part of the apartment, but for me that's my perfect kitchen! :) Have fun in London! x
ReplyDeleteThe kitchen was my favourite room - planned and renovated by my dad - the handy man himself! There's a little nook behind the fridge to keep the wine bottles - clever way to maximise the space:) Though I dare say - the person who is selling the flat now has got sooo much better taste than I did - the furniture and all the little vases, paintings, plants etc arranged in such a casual and relaxed yet wonderful way. That person must be an artist in some sense!
