I'm clinging to that relaxed summer holiday vibe today and this beautifully restored 15th century former mill created by Katrin Arens in Northern Italy is just the ticket! You know how much I love a cool white canvas, especially when it's off set with reclaimed items and flea market finds which have been upcycled to storage units or new pieces for furniture. What a wonderful, imaginative home! Just so much inspiration!

I wish I had an eye for upcycling like this....
Wonderfully calm and relaxed. I'm headed to Italy next week - can't wait!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Love the wood accents to make this space warm and and relaxing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful space! Love the little birdie on the cabinet door.

Once again Niki ... you amaze me w/your finds - these spaces are serenely-beautiful! I especially love the base on the small table by the window.
ReplyDeleteSo neat! I've pinned some of these before independent from each other but hadn't seen them all together like this! Really cool. I love that bedroom. I'd never get out of bed if I lived there! Except, you know, to wander around and admire everything else in the house. xo
ReplyDeleteLove this, love the rough wood floors and contrast of the chunky white furniture.
ReplyDeleteThis is nice! Have a beautiful weekend. /Elina
