ReplyDeleteI LOVE the leather and peace necklace. My dad passed away suddenly July 7 of last year and I miss him terribly. He adored his birds and always fed them and even had a heated birth bath for them in the winter. Birds remind of him always. I like the look of leather and the gold. Old and new. Thank you.

ReplyDeleteI would choose a lot of pieces, but mostly either a necklace or earrings with the motive of fish, it's my sign and I like it garnish, it has a particular symbolism for me :-)

My really big problem here is I love so very much of this jewellery. I love the Horsehair tassels both white, black and fuchsia, I also adore the Lucky Harrington necklace and think all the Peace Dove Necklaces are gorgeous and love the concept of peace lets face it as the song goes its what the world needs now well I know the words are about love but same thing really. Any of these would make me :-)

ReplyDeleteI love the Pie necklace in white - such simple elegance and a prelude to summer. Can't wait to wear it with a t-shirt or a pretty dress, it is the kind of jewelry you don't need to second guess yourself or think about - it's easy and I know I will feel confident wearing it!
ReplyDeleteI have a weakness for earrings – the only part of my outfit that I can still fit into in the size I used to wear back in high school. And I like Orchard collection earrings very much, their antiquated gold patterns constitute a coherent and unpretending style. In particular, animal patterns brought back some memories from my childhood. Who did not dream about a golden catty as a little girl? Although, all of them seem to be nice at first, the ‘Hooked’ earrings has some sinister vibe to it. I mean why the fish is pictured head-down? When you think about it, the earring starts resembling a dead fish. And once I saw a dead fish there it is quite hard to unsee it. Same goes for the Cigale pattern – I can see the wings, but what have happened with the rest of that poor bug? If I was to choose I would certainly stick to the peace dove lovely pieces.
