This Danish home by Norm Architects is incredible. Emma showed another angle earlier today on her wonderful blog and my ears pricked up when I heard there were more pictures to be seen! So, thanks to the helpful Norm Architects team just over the bridge, here is the home from a different angle. We've become used to white Scandinavian spaces (especially if you read my blog on a daily basis ha!) but there's something even starker and more powerful about this home and the way that the contrasting black furniture and accessories almost float in the space. A true work of art.

Spot the cute resident King Charles?!
There are so many fab designer pieces in this home so if you're wondering about any let me know. I'll no doubt list a few of them in my guest post for Design Collectors blog on Saturday too.
Have a very lovely and very happy Valentine's Day!
A new definition of crisp:) Caroline
ReplyDeleteHappy Valentine's Day, Niki! I have to agree, the contrast of a swatch of black against stark white is really pretty. I happen to love that kid's room (and the sweet dog, of course!).
ReplyDeleteSuch a gorgeous minimalist home...sigh...if only my child's toys were kept so neatly :)
ReplyDelete- Nan

ReplyDeletelove the bright pops of colour in the kid's room, and i've always loved that rug! @silvermagpie, i am positive they cleaned up before the photoshoot...! cute doggy and kid? for sure! :)

ReplyDeleteLovely! :)
ReplyDeleteBetter late than never - belated Happy Valentines! I've been browsing through some of your blog posts, and this post takes the spotlight. I absolutely love black and white! It's the undying color combination that you'll actually see everywhere. Though, if you're living in a house, an apartment, or condo with this color scheme, be responsible enough to organize and maintain its purity and cleanliness.
ReplyDeleteThat dog is too cute!
ReplyDeleteSo chic, love this modern faucet! Just wondering how would you turn on and off this one. :) Got my eye on your next posts.
ReplyDeleteHi Nikki, this is a question digging way back in your archive (I loved this post)... Any chance you know the designer/mark of the incredible memo board? I can't seem to find it anywhere! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid not Amanda, I'll let you know if I come across it. It's very cool. / Niki
