Home of an artist, Copenhagen

The home of Danish artist Bjorn Agertved featured in Vårt Nya Hem is an artwork in itself. I love the white/light grey tranquil and harmonic blank canvas he has created as a backdrop for all his own artwork. The Copenhagen apartment is beautifully tied together with the use of beige/brown hued furniture and accessories throughout.

Love the look? The artist sits on one of a pair of Barcelona Chairs. Buy a VP Globe light as seen over the dining table from Skandium.  Source a similar cow hide rug from Ilva. Buy vintage / antique Danish furniture from Lauritz.

Savvy in Stockholm

In cities such as Stockholm living space can be teeny. This clever apartment shown in Sköna Hem makes maximum use of its incy 37 metre square. I'm particularly in love with romantic, vintage style wallpaper used in unexpected areas. For more images see here.

This wardrobe has been completely spruced up with a lick of white floor paint and pretty bird design wallpaper. For similar wallpaper try Osbourne and Little or Cole & Son.
